Durham is creating a new Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to implement the new Comprehensive Plan and modernize how development takes place. The UDO is what regulates development in Durham.

Drop by our upcoming virtual open house on Thursday, February 22nd to learn more and share your thoughts! Translation services will be available at all meetings and light refreshments will be included for the in-person sessions.

Responses to this survey will be used to help guide the project team's thinking related to housing, transportation, and environmental issues. Code Connect Webinar - February 22, 2024

Virtual Open House February 22The New UDO project team will host their first Code Connect webinar online on Thursday, February 22nd from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a short presentation followed by Q&A. This webinar will be a chance to learn more about the New UDO project and ask questions of the project team. This online session will be recorded for those who are unable to attend, and will include Spanish interpretation services.
